Modelling Team – Only complete the two (2) sections highlighted in Purple

Data Handlers – Only complete all sections highlighted in Green

It is imperative that the relevant teams stick to completing their sections only and no existing data to questions be removed. This avoids confusion and important steps are not missed by other teams.

Section mapping If one section leave empty.

If multiple, give instruction on how to set sections.

Examples:

  • if <colname> is ‘OM’ set section to ‘om’.
  • sheet 2.4 is section ‘us’.

Note: Section names to contain no special characters or spaces, and to preferably match with the submission last year.

Premium column name Example:

  • <Title of colname>
Aggregate limit column name Our share unless we want to model at 100%

  • e.g <colname>
Other column mapping instructions Examples:

  • Tech E&O sublimit column is <colname>
  • attachment column is <colname>
  • currency column is <colname>
Currency of the submission If all one currency, say which: USD, TRY etc. If mixed, provide instructions.

Examples:

  • Mixed: <colname> indicates the currency for each row.
  • Mixed: premium and limit columns are given in USD, revenue column is given in TRY.
Quota share Provide instruction(s) on how quota share should be recorded or calculated.

Example:

  • record <section> at 100% quota share
Direct coverage area exclusions
If yes, provide instruction(s).
Example:
  • [cmc, ce, lof]
Dependent coverage area exclusions If yes, provide instruction(s).

Examples:

  • if section is ‘om’ exclude [cmc, ce, lof]
  • if <colname> is ‘ABC’, exclude all except [cmc, ce, lof]
Tech E&O If none, say ‘None’.

If there is Tech E&O, provide instruction(s).

Examples:

  • tab 2.3 is all Tech E&O
  • if <colname> = ‘erisk’, then row is blended tech and cyber.
Sections with excess policies If none, say ‘None’.

If all sections, say ‘all sections’, otherwise, write the section names that have excess policies.

Lloyd’s exposure If none, say ‘None’.

If yes, give instruction on how they are identified.

Examples:

  • the whole portfolio
  • section ‘om’ has Lloyds exposure
  • if <colname> = ‘erisk’, then Lloyds exposure
Expected BDX aggregate limit Provide breakdown by section
Expected BDX premium Provide breakdown by section.

If not obvious, please provide info as to how the premium was calculated.
