It is always tough picking up a project that was barely started by another developer, but we rolled up our sleeves to ensure we got the project back on track and placed the first test order three weeks later! For such a complex set of requirements, we feel we smashed this one out of the park, with the help of the wonderful founder and her willing team! A thoroughly enjoyable project

Strategy
After a few meetings with this great clients we were able to establish their requirements and get working. The plan was to finish this design in Elementor but use WCFM instead of Dokan for the project. This came down to mainly annual licence cost differences and product features. Dokan did not cut thethe mustard.
A complete code refactoring ensued which included Stripe Split Payments and Google Maps Geocoding. Performance was increased by installing the Swift Performance cache plugin.
Challenges
We were faced with many challenges, most of them coming from the wrong choice of software by the previous developer. Thankfully and after much research we made the decision to switch to WCFM which proved to be the winning factor in thie really challenging, but enjoyable project.
